Razaullah Nizamani alias Abu Saiullah a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorist responsible for three terror attacks in India has been killed by unidentified gunmen in Pakistan's Sindh province.
Nizamani, had been under Pakistan government’s protection, was shot dead by unidentified assailants near a crossing after leaving his residence in Matli, Sindh on 18 May 2025.
He was responsible for orchestrating three terror attacks in India: the 2001 assault on a CRPF camp in Rampur, the 2005 attack on the Indian Science Congress in Bangalore and the 2006 attack on the RSS headquarters in Nagpur.

Nizamani was active in the Kashmir module and played an important role in recruitment of cadre to the outfit, financing, and logistics through LeT’s Nepal operations. He had close association LeT’s top leaders like Azam Cheema and Yaqoob and had also carried operations under the alias Vinod Kumar. According to Daijiworld Media Network, he was reportedly married to a Nepali citizen and used his Nepal connections to carry infiltration into India.
It is imperative to mention that, the headquarters of Lashkar-e-Taiba in Muridke, along with Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) in Bahawalpur, were also targeted through precision strikes by the IAF during the operation Sindhoor by India
