One of the leading experts on the Afghanistan-Pakistan region with regards to counter-terrorism Aparna Rawal discusses the deteriorating relations between Pakistan and Afghanistan the ever changing dynamics among the Taliban, Haqqani, ISIS Khorasan (IS-K) and Pakistani Intelligence Services (ISI).
